The Associated Press is reporting that on December 18, 2010 passenger, Andrew Spicer (46), was injured from a fall aboard the Holland America cruise ship Ryndam while in the Gulf of Mexico and was airlifted to a Tampa, Florida hospital. The Ryndam was approximately 120 miles southwest of St. Petersburg, Florida at the time of the accident.
Falls aboard cruise ships can occur for a variety of reasons.
